We operate an Account Management system whereby you will have a dedicated Account Manager who works closely with an Assistant. The Assistant can step into the role smoothly for any time when the Account Manager is not available e.g., holidays, which means there are no times when your vacancy is not being progressed. Over time we develop strong links with clients and they often decide to take the preferred agency route so we can deal with all our clients recruitment needs as soon as they arise. Our consultants are knowledgeable, flexible and committed to achieving the desired result for all parties.
Our consultants are above all else customer service focused, they do not receive commission for placements made. This means that if your vacancy is difficult to recruit for or suffers setbacks your consultant will stick with it until the right candidate has been placed, rather than needing to move onto an easier placement in order to supplement their salary. Please see our service level agreement for details of the high level of service you will receive.
Turnover is exceptionally low, which means you can build a relationship with your consultant who will understand the way you like to work and the type of vacancies you need to fill. |
